This residential subdivision is currently converting a 13.2-acre site into a vibrant community comprising 42 homes distributed across 21 duplex lots. Magnolia Meadows will include the completion of extensive earthworks, stormwater installation, pad preparation, road construction, and general excavation. Additionally, three strategically positioned stormwater basins will exemplify both Millwood Homes' and KroneX's commitment to responsible land use and environmental stewardship. These basins will effectively manage rainwater runoff, protecting the ecological integrity of the area.

Stormwater Systems
To eliminate on-lot stormwater systems like seepage pits, KroneX worked with engineers on the design and implementation of three stormwater basins across the site.
Earthworks
Extensive cut/fill operations will see more than 60,000 cubic yards of earth-moving across the site utilizing pan scrapers, dozers, and excavators to cut and fill the site to grade.
Underground Pipework
Install of 2200'+ of pipe and nearly 50 in-road structures completed utilizing GPS guided systems, excavators, and compaction equipment
